Short summary: IndieStar evaluates refund requests on a pro-rata basis for active billing periods. Yearly plans require at least four billed months before eligibility is considered.
Refunds are pro-rata (only the unused portion of the current billing period). Past fully billed months are not refundable. Yearly plans need a minimum of four billed months to be eligible.
Provide your account email or order ID and a comprehensive written explanation of why you request a refund. We will lookup purchase proof and evaluate the claim.
